after this time the groups rates will no longer be available. Bookings outside of the main group dates may be available,
subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate.
Credit card details will be required when making reservations, however, please note that as pre-payment is not required,

Cancellation Policy
Please note a charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms
