  • There are a significant number of skills required to progress from the Pre-Foundation (Kindy) to the Foundation (Pre-primary) curriculum. Learn about the Kindy and Pre-primary Bond Block resources and how these can support students build solid mathematical foundations and language through explorative play, guided play and teacher led instruction. These two resources build the pre-requisite skills required for the Bond Blocks Core Intervention Kit.

Description

Bond Blocks is a whole school system made up of ready-to-go, sequenced resources to build a firm foundation in addition and subtraction. The Kindy and Pre-primary Bond Block resources support students to build solid mathematical foundations and language through explorative play, guided play and teacher led instruction. The Bond Blocks Core Intervention Kit is a resource of over 100 sequenced activities to comprehensively build understanding and fluency with basic addition and subtraction including application to related pre-algebra and word problems. This resource sequentially covers all addition and subtraction content descriptors from Years 1 to 3.

Come and join Narelle for an interactive session exploring the resources and theory underpinning them.
